Director
Sel Demiri is a carpenter and licensed builder (Lic. No. 165387C). Commencing work in the construction industry in 1995. He spent 10 years working as a Site Manager and Project Manager for a medium sized city based firm, before establishing Latitude Constructions in 2005.
Sel’s work demonstrates his passion for design and building and is testmount to his dedication to quality and precision. With his hands on approach to building, he oversees every aspect of the build whilst working closely with the client and architect to ensure the project is completed with a close union of these key parties.
