This project involved the major renovation of an existing cottage that had been added to and renovated many times in it’s past. The house was stripped back and rebuilt almost entirely.
The owners’ passion for Caribbean style architecture ensured that detailed timber finishes feature throughout the home.
Features of the home include vaulted timber lined ceilings, timber paneled walls, parquet floors and internal atrium including a water feature.
The owners’ collection of period furniture, antique light fittings and artwork displayed throughout the home, the well executed design and the use of traditional building techniques have all helped to produce a house that has exceeded the clients expectations.
