This project involved the construction of a series of new modern spaces linked to an existing house built in the early 1900’s to accommodate the needs of a young family.
The material palette consists of an industrial style steel structure, polycarbonate and steel external cladding and timber window joinery.
Many challenges needed to be overcome during the construction of this project due to it’s restricted access and the steep slope of the site.
In 2008, Latitude Constructions received a Master Builders Association “Excellence in Housing” award for this project.
